Timber Creek stocks most common panel products used in industrial packaging applications including:
CDX, Mill Certified, BC, AC and Fire Retardant Grades in Southern Yellow Pine, Aspen and Douglas Fir species. Standard thicknesses range from 1/4 through 1 inch, with a standard panel size of 4x 8 feet. Other panel sizes are available as special order.
OSB (Oriented Strand Board)
“A” Grade and Utility OSB is available for delivery or pickup. Thicknesses range from ¼ through ¾ inch and standard panel size of 4×8 feet. Utility grade OSB is not recommended for purchase due to its variable nature, but once separated for specific cuts can be a viable cost-saving option.
Luan and Meranti are available as special order materials.
Standard and Tempered face, 1/8 and ¼ inch thicknesses are available. Hardboard has a standard panel size of 4×8 feet.
Corrugated Tubing Box
Depending on your needs, corrugated tubing can often be a great option to save on weight, space, time and money. Timber Creek proudly owns one of only a few machines in the US that can make long, corrugated boxes for pipes, rods, and tubing.
When dimensions are absolutely critical to mounting your product to the wood packaging design, your packaging engineer will consider using our CNC machines to create consistent, CNC wood as a component of your custom wood package.
Timber Creek, LLC has grown through strategic mergers and acquisitions in the wood packaging industry. Companies formerly known as Larkin Lumber, Wetterau Wood Products, MGD Industrial Lumber, Wetenkamp Pallet, Caswell Lumber, JK Jordan, and Oak Creek Wood Products make up what is now known as Timber Creek.
